Kidrobot Shipping Policy

****IMPORTANT NOTE****

A couple of months ago we switched over to a new system to enhance our shipping processes and overall customer experience on Kidrobot.com. However, this transition didn’t go as smoothly as we planned. Some of you may have received incorrect items, experienced delays, or found it difficult to reach our customer service team. For that, we are truly sorry.

Rest assured, we’re on it. Our whole team is hustling to get everything back on track and make sure you receive exactly what you ordered. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding as we sort this out.

 If your order was affected, please let us know via email at help@kidrobot.com and we will make sure the correct items get shipped out. Please include order number, items you are missing and photo of what you received. During this time, you may experience a longer than normal delay in response.

Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to be informed of how and when your order will ship. 

    *Free Standard USA Shipping on orders $75 or more applies to the continental USA & does not apply to oversized packages (i.e. Art Giants, XXL Plushes, etc.)

    PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER ON KIDROBOT.COM:

    • ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT KIDROBOT.COM.  ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS!
    • PRE-ORDERS ARE FOR ITEMS THAT ARE IN DEVELOPMENT AND SUBJECT TO SHIFTING IN-STOCK DATES. TO SEE THE MOST UP TO DATE ESTIMATE ON PRODUCT ARRIVAL, VISIT THE PRODUCT PAGE.
    • KIDROBOT WILL NOT MODIFY, REROUTE OR CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE PLACED.
    • KIDROBOT MAY CANCEL/REFUND ORDERS AT ANY TIME DUE TO STOCK LIMITATIONS, QUALITY PROBLEMS, INACCURATE INFORMATION FROM CUSTOMERS, FRAUD RISK ANALYSIS, OR ANY OTHER REASON.
    • KIDROBOT.COM DOES NOT GUARANTEE PRODUCT BOX / PACKAGING.

     

    ORDER PROCESSING

    In-stock orders placed by noon CT are normally processed and shipped by our warehouse within approximately 5-10 business days from the date the order was placed. PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SOME DELAYS IN SHIPPING DUE TO A SYSTEM UPGRADE. You should receive an order tracking number via email and in your Kidrobot.com account the day after your order is in transit with the carrier.

    **Please be aware that any orders placed on or immediately following a release date or during a sale, your item(s) will be delayed and may require up to 48 hours of additional processing time.

     

    SHIPPING ADDRESS

    The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to non-PO Box shipping address when you place your order.  Kidrobot is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed on Kidrobot.com.  Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout.  Kidrobot is not responsible for the package once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery.  Please make sure you plan accordingly.

    There is a $15 restocking fee for undeliverable or refused orders. If your order is returned due to it being undeliverable or refused, your order will be cancelled and refunded your order total minus the $15 restocking fee. If your order is under $15, a refund will not be issued.

     

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

    SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA

    We use UPS, USPS, DHL and FedEx to ship orders. Packages shipped using these carriers are trackable. Please make sure that you use an address where all carriers can safely leave your package without risk of theft.  If your order is not delivered as promised, we can assist you in contacting the carrier regarding the missing order and in select cases issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, some addresses including P.O. Box or APO addresses are not serviced by these carriers.

    We Offer the Following Shipping Services within the continental USA

    • Standard Economy Shipping: Rates calculated at checkout based on dimensional volume - PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SOME DELAYS IN SHIPPING DUE TO A SYSTEM UPGRADE.

    SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA & OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES

    We offer Standard Shipping to these locations. Rates are calculated at checkout and are based on destination and dimensional volume. These locations are not included in any shipping promotions. Delivery times may be longer than 10 business days.

    SHIPPING TO HOTELS/TEMPORARY ADDRESS

    We will not expedite or guarantee delivery to hotels/temporary addresses. We do not recommend placing orders to temporary locations due to Kidrobot's varied shipping and processing timeline. You are responsible for providing a correct address that will be able to accept the package when it arrives, at checkout. We will not reroute packages or accept returns/cancellations due to packages not arriving within a timeline.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Non-USA Orders)

    Kidrobot currently ships to 176 countries outside of the United States. All international sales on Kidrobot.com are final. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are not charged at the time of purchase on Kidrobot.com. Customers might be charged additional duties and import taxes when they receive their shipments.

    Due to our licensing partnerships, certain items can not be offered for purchase in certain countries. International customers might experience restrictions when placing their order or orders may be canceled if the item is not available for that destination.

    *INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1/19/2024*

    International orders placed BEFORE 1/19/2024, are managed by the 3rd party company, Global Shopex which will provide all customer service needs for these orders.     Any international orders placed AFTER 1/19/2024 are managed by Kidrobot. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to our Customer Service at help@kidrobot.com.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

    Shipping charges vary depending on the package size, weight, destination, and shipping method. Please note that you may be required to pay the relevant taxes to your country when your items are delivered. International shipping rates will be provided at checkout.

    ESTIMATED INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

    Below are a few estimated delivery timeframes for a few international destinations on in-stock orders - PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURRENTLY EXPERIENCING SOME DELAYS IN SHIPPING DUE TO A SYSTEM UPGRADE.:

    Canada: 5-25 Days
    United Kingdom: 7-25 Days
    Mexico: 5-21 Days
    Australia: 7-25 Days
    Other International Destinations: 7-25 Days

     

    Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed which can take 3-7 days. Please consider the order processing time before placing your order.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

    All international sales are final. The standard Kidrobot.com Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.

    SHIPPING PROMOTION OFFERS

    Like our customers, we are fans of shipping promotions. Unfortunately, however, any special shipping offers available on our website apply only to orders shipping to a USA destination.

    Free shipping and/or other shipping promotions do not apply to oversized packages (ie: Art Giants, XXL Plush, etc.). Additional shipping charges will be added to all orders containing oversized products at the time of processing.

    PRICING POLICY

    Kidrobot reserves the right to change prices at any time.  Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.

    PRE-ORDER INFORMATION

    For select art pieces, Kidrobot might offer them available for Pre-Order.  When the item is available for pre-order you have a window of time to place your order for the item with a future fulfillment time that will be longer than the normal time it takes to get your order delivered.  On the item page, you will see the estimated delivery window for the item.  For example, a pre-order for an item might start in December but not ship from Kidrobot's warehouse until May.

    Here is some additional info about Kidrobot pre-orders:

    • With pre-orders the inventory is not in the Kidrobot warehouse and might still be in production.  Due to unforeseen production issues an item might be delayed or cancelled.  If the item is cancelled, Kidrobot will notify you via email and a refund will be issued.
    • As with all orders on Kidrobot.com, once a pre-order is placed on Kidrobot.com it cannot be altered or cancelled by the customer.  Please triple-check your information and the item description before placing your order.
    • The pre-order delivery estimate is our best estimate of when the item will leave our warehouse and ship to you.  It does not guarantee it will be delivered during that window.  It could be delivered before or after that time.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters our system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard Kidrobot.com Returns & Exchanges Policy applies to all orders.
