What is the Kidrobot Rewards program?

The Kidrobot Rewards program is a points-based program with different membership tiers and redemption levels.


To join, simply Create an Account or Log In to your existing Kidrobot.com account. Then go shopping and enjoy your Rewards!

How do I sign up for Kidrobot Rewards?

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account here by entering your email. We will send you a one-time code to that email. Once you enter that code in, you are set and automatically enrolled into our rewards program!


If you already have a Kidrobot.com account, you're already enrolled in our rewards program, so just log in!

Why should I join the Kidrobot Rewards Program?

Uhhh because it's free...


And once you join, you get immediate access to exclusive benefits and can start earning rewards with every purchase! As you continue to spend and engage with us, you will unlock more and more rewards.

Am I eligible to join the Kidrobot Rewards program and receive member benefits?

Everyone except unauthorized resellers are welcome to become members of the Kidrobot Rewards program and receive benefits. You do not need to make a purchase to create an account.

What if I was a member of Bot Rewards already?

As a member of Bot Rewards, you are automatically enrolled into Kidrobot Rewards. No further action is needed on your part.


As part of our rewards program enhancement, we have adjusted the way points are calculated, however the value stays the same.


Your existing Bot Points balance has been adjusted to reflect our new rewards system and added to your account. Don't be shocked when you first see your balance in the new rewards program because your Bot Points balance has been cut in half. But remember, the value of your rewards remains exactly the same!


For example, if 1,000 Bot Points previously gave you a $10 reward, 500 points will now give you that same $10 reward.


This change ensures a smoother, more streamlined rewards experience while keeping all the benefits you love.

Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

Purchases made prior to the Kidrobot Rewards launch, or those where you weren't logged into your account, will not be eligible for points. As long as you're logged into your account, you will earn points for every purchase.


FOR PREVIOUS BOT REWARDS MEMBERS:

You are automatically enrolled into Kidrobot Rewards and your existing Bot Points balance has been adjusted to reflect our new rewards system. The value of your rewards stays the same and no further action is needed on your part.

How do I earn rewards points?

There are several ways to earn rewards points!

  • Make a Purchase - Earn 1 point for every dollar spent.
    (Points earned through purchases are based on the subtotal of your order after any discounts and exclude shipping and taxes.)

  • Sign Up Bonus - Create an account and earn points.

  • Write a Review - Earn points by writing reviews for the products you purchased through Kidrobot.com. (Only Verified Buyers - customers who receive review emails after purchasing - will receive points.)

  • Follow on Social - Follow our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest pages and earn more points! (Remember to click the 'Follow us' boxes in the 'Ways to Earn' section above even if you already follow us to get your points!)

  • Download the Kidrobot Mobile App - Get points for downloading our mobile app and enjoy the extra perks the app brings! (Remember to click the 'Download' box in the 'Ways to Earn' section above even if you already downloaded the app!)

  • Refer a Friend - Refer your friends and earn points when they make a purchase through your link. And they'll get something, too!

  • Birthday Bonus - Add your birthday to your account and you'll receive a Birthday Gift for your special day.
When do I get my Kidrobot Rewards points?

Points are awarded once your order has been paid in full.

Do my points expire?

Your Rewards points will expire after 12 months of inactivity, but you'll keep your VIP tier status.

Don't worry! We will remind you before they expire!

How do I redeem my points?

First, make sure you're logged in to your account. Then go shopping!


Once you're done, go to checkout as usual. Your eligible rewards will be listed in a dropdown list under your order summary. Select the amount you would like to redeem, then click the "Apply" button and you are done!


Please note that rewards may have minimum order amounts, which can be found in the 'How to Use Your Points' section above. Rewards cannot be combined with other coupon codes.

Can I stack my rewards with other promotions?

At this time, our system can only accept one discount per order, so you cannot stack rewards with any other discount codes.

Will past purchases count towards my points balance?

Purchases made before the Kidrobot Rewards Program launch, or those where you weren't logged into your account, will not be eligible for points. As long as you're logged into your account, you will earn points for every purchase!

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope! That’s the best part about being a rewards member! You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us and engaging with our brand and community online.

How can I get a birthday reward?

Add your birthday under the 'Ways to Earn' section above on the Rewards page. On your birthday, we will add 50 points to your points balance!


Please note that if your birthday is within the next 30 days from the date of entry, your reward will be delayed until 30 days after the date of entry.

What if I already follow Kidrobot on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and/or Twitter? Can I still get points?

YES! Thank you for following us!

To get your points for following us, remember to click the 'Follow us' boxes in the 'Ways to Earn' section above. This will allow us to see that you already follow or like us on these social platforms, and then the points will be added to your account.

Where are my points for leaving a review?

If you left a review through a review email, your points should be posted to your account within 24 hours.

Please note that only Verified Buyers, customers who receive an email requesting a review after purchasing, will receive points for reviews. You must write the review through the link in the review email. It may take up to 24 hours for the points to post to your account.

If it has been over 24 hours and your points are still not reflected in your account, please email us at help@kidrobot.com and we'll make sure everything gets straightened out.

How many times can I write a review for points?

You can write as many reviews as you like, BUT only one review per product purchased will earn points.


Please note that points will only be given for reviews written through review emails to Verified Buyers of purchased products.

Where are my points for leaving a photo/video review?

If you left a photo or video review through a review email, your points will be rewarded once your photo and/or video is published. Please allow for 5-10 days for your points to be added to your account.

Please note that only Verified Buyers, customers who receive an email requesting a review after purchasing, will receive points for reviews.

We reserve the right to not publish your photo and/or video for any reason.

Do I earn points on orders made through third-party sites?

No, points and rewards can only be earned and redeemed through purchases made directly through Kidrobot.com. Orders placed on Amazon.com or any other partner site will not earn you Rewards Program points.

Can I transfer my points to another account or person?

Points are non-transferable and may not be sold or used as a gift to another member.

What happens to my new points if I return a product? What if I used rewards points to purchase?

When a product is returned, the points you earned from the purchase will be subtracted from your Rewards balance.

If the product was purchased with points, those points will be added back into your account once the return is complete.

How do I know what VIP Tier I'm in?

Once you are logged in, your VIP Tier can be on your Account page and on the Rewards page above.

How is my VIP Tier determined?

Your VIP Tier is determined by the amount you spend in the 12 months after you cross that tier's entry threshold, including the Bronze Tier.

What is a "Tier Term"?

Our Tier Term is the length of time you will keep your VIP Tier status.

Our Tier Term is based on a "Rolling Year", meaning that a 12-month timer is activated once you enter a tier, including the Bronze Tier.

To stay in a VIP Tier, you must spend the entry threshold within 12 months from your entry day. If you do not spend that amount within that time, your tier will be downgraded.

The 12-month timer is reset when you cross a different tier's entry threshold.

When am I eligible to get a tier entry reward?

You will receive a tier entry reward when you first enter a new tier and when you re-enter a tier. You will not receive an entry reward when you maintain your tier.

Will my points multiplier work on different "2x Points" promotions?

YES! Periodically, we will run special promotions on certain products or collections where you can get extra points.

VIP members with points multipliers will have their multipliers factored in! For example, during a 2x points promotion, something originally worth 100 points will be worth 200 points. But if you are in the Gold Tier with a 1.5x points multiplier, you will receive 300 points (150 + 150)!

RETURNS/REFUNDS

What happens to my new points if I return a product?

Full Order Refunds: When you return all the items from your order, all points earned from that purchase will be subtracted from your Rewards balance.

Partial Order Refunds: If you only return part of your order, only that portion of the points will be subtracted from your balance. The earned points from the remaining amount of the order will stay in your balance.

What if I redeemed rewards points for a discount on a purchase that I'm returning?

Full Order Refunds: The points redeemed for the discount will return to your Rewards balance once the return is complete.

Partial Order Refunds: The points used to redeem a reward coupon will not be returned to your balance, but you will still earn points on the amount that was ultimately paid after the return is complete.

What if I earned a new VIP Tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it?

Once a refund is successfully processed, your tier eligibility is automatically recalculated. If you are no longer eligible for your new VIP Tier as a result of the refund, your VIP Tier will be downgraded and your entry reward will be removed.
