KIDROBOT 2024 CON EXCLUSIVES PRE-ORDER FAQ
- HOW WILL THE CON EXCLUSIVES PRE-SALE WORK?

Kidrobot will release limited quantities of 2024 Con Exclusives on Kidrobot.com for pre-sale at 10am MT / 12pm ET on September 25th, 26th, and 27th 2024. These Exclusives will ship after NYCC directly to your home. We recommend placing pre-order items on separate orders from any in-stock items, as your order will not ship until ALL items in the order arrive at the warehouse.
- WHAT ARE YOUR EXCLUSIVES THIS YEAR?

Each Con Exclusive will be revealed individually on Kidrobot social and email leading up to the pre-sale.
- IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY I CAN ORDER?

Yes. The limit is 5 per order.
- WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

All items can be shipped to U.S. addresses (recommended) and some international addresses, while supplies last. We can NOT ship to PO boxes. You will be charged IMMEDIATELY on placing your order, but items will not ship until the items are available in our warehouse. Check product pages for updated estimated ship dates.
- WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

You will be charged IMMEDIATELY on placing your order. All sales are final.
- WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

We are required to charge sales tax on purchases in some states. Sales tax will be added to your subtotal before completing your purchase.
- CAN I JUST BUY YOUR EXCLUSIVES AT SDCC LIKE NORMAL?

Yes. Limited quantities of the Exclusives will be offered online for pre-sale at Kidrobot.com, and the rest will be available on a first-come-first-served basis at our booth #2821 at New York Comic Con.
- CAN I PICK MY ITEM UP AT YOUR BOOTH ?

If you order an exclusive on Kidrobot.com, it will be shipped to you after the show.
- WILL YOU BE OFFERING THE EXCLUSIVES FOR SALE IN STORES?

No. Kidrobot Con Exclusives are only available on Kidrobot.com and the Show Floor.
- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PRE-ORDERS?

This site accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. International orders can be placed with additional payment methods based on location.
- IF I ADD OTHER ITEMS TO MY ORDER, WILL THEY SHIP SEPARATELY FROM THE EXCLUSIVES?

No. If you add items that are not exclusives to your order, you will receive ALL the items, if available, at the same time. We recommend placing pre-order items on separate orders from any in-stock items as your order will not ship until ALL items arrive at the warehouse. Place orders based on similar estimated ship times to not have to wait for all items to arrive.
- WHERE IS THE KIDROBOT BOOTH?

Kidrobot is in Booth #2821.
- WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders will ship after NYCC 2024 (October 2024). All Exclusives are pre-order items. Check the product page for updated shipping estimates. Please do not contact Customer Service asking when your items will ship. You will receive an email with tracking information onceyour order ships. We recommend placing pre-order items on separate orders from any in-stock items, as your order will not ship until ALL items in the order arrive at the warehouse. Place multiple orders based on shipping estimates if you do not want to wait. We will not split orders.
- DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. We are opening the Kidrobot 2024 Con Exclusives Pre-sale to international orders this year, while supplies last. In some cases, these orders may be canceled if our international order system flags it as high risk.
- CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?

No. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they are placed. Exclusives fall under the same policies of all Kidrobot.com purchases. All sales are final.
